How to set up notifications in minutes

You can set up account notifications after enrolling in mobile or online banking. Use the recommended alerts or customize to fit your needs.

Set up notifications in the mobile app

  1. On your Accounts dashboard, use the bell icon in the top right to open Notifications. From there, choose Settings and then Account activity
  2. If you have more than one account, use the menu at the top to choose which to manage.
  3. Turn on recommended alert categories with Quick setup. Or, choose All settings to customize one at a time.

Set up notifications in online banking

  1. In the main menu, open Notifications and then choose the gear icon (Settings). This will take you to settings for Account activity alerts.
  2. If you have more than one account, use the menu in the top right to choose which to manage.
  3. Turn on recommended alert categories with Quick setup. Or, choose All settings to customize one at a time.

Get real-time account notifications you choose

Whether you bank in the mobile app or online, you can sign up for real-time notifications of account activity. Receive them by text1, email or push notification (when available).

Know your money is safe with security alerts

Your information is protected by industry-leading encryption and zero fraud liability.2 Security alerts are sent automatically to your primary email address – no need to sign up. You also have the option to receive them via text message or push notification.

We’ll send you banking alerts if:

  • We receive a request to change basic account information, such as your address, email, phone number, username, password or PIN.
  • We suspend your username and password due to multiple incorrect login attempts.
  • There are changes related to your ATM/Debit card, such as a report that it was lost or stolen, a request for a new card or a new PIN.
  • We issue you a new card or send you a PIN by mail.
  • You reactivate a dormant checking or savings account.
