To find your deals, just log into your account. Scroll down toward the bottom of your dashboard and you’ll see Cash-back deals. Select the View all deals button.
Your cash-back deal offers are updated regularly. Set up notifications to ensure you never miss an offer by going to the Notifications setting of the mobile app and select Cash-back deals. Or in online banking, navigate to Alerts & notifications and then Offers & insights.
Sign into your account via online banking or the mobile app and check out your personalized list of cash-back deals. Simply tap or select Activate for the deals you like. Once activated, the offer details will appear, including merchant info, store locations, deal requirements and more. Make sure to review these details to ensure you meet the offer requirements.
After activating a cash-back deal, simply use your U.S. Bank credit or debit card to pay for the purchase.
We will automatically credit your account within two billing cycles. Your cash back will appear as a statement credit. You can view redeemed offers and the amount credited to your account by visiting the Cash-back deals page via online banking or the mobile app.
Most debit and credit cards are eligible once activated. Certain cards are not eligible for cash‑back deals, including: Auto Club Group (AAA), Ameriprise, BMW, Elan, Fidelity, Harley‑Davidson, Mikimoto and the U.S. Bank Business Debit card.
Yes, they are different. Rewards earned on your credit card are specific to that card’s rewards program. Cash-back deals are not tied to credit card rewards programs. Instead, they are personalized offers that are based on your usage of all your cards and your participation in the program.
Each client receives personalized cash-back deals based on their spending habits across all their eligible U.S. Bank debit and credit cards. Joint signers and authorized users receive their own unique set of deals.

Cash‑back deals are now available for small business credit card accounts. Only the account owner can view and activate offers in their business account through online or mobile banking. However, employees can still redeem offers when they make qualifying purchases on their employee cards. Any earned cash back is issued as a statement credit to the account owner’s account.
For clients who have both a small business credit and a consumer account, cash‑back deals operate as two separate programs. Each account has its own login and its own set of offers. Purchases must be made with the card associated with the account in which the offer was activated.
In other words, if you activate an offer while logged in to your personal account, you must use your personal credit or debit card to redeem it. If you activate an offer while logged in to your business account, you must use your business credit card to redeem it.
