A digital disbursement is issued by notifying the person receiving payment via email and text message. The individual is directed to a personalized portal where they choose and store their preferred payment method. Upon selection, the payment is sent to them.
Payees can choose from a range of digital and traditional options. The fastest, digital options include RTP, Zelle®, push-to-card and ACH. Payees can also choose to be mailed a prepaid card or paper check. We continue to evolve our payment capabilities as new ones become available.
