Electronic Document Agreement

We need your permission before we can provide you with electronic versions of important notices and documents associated with your account(s) at U.S. Bank National Association (“U.S. Bank”) and U.S. Bancorp Investments, Inc. (“U.S. Bancorp Investments”). Examples of the types of documents that may be provided electronically include other agreements (such as the Digital Services Agreement), account statements, important account notices, and tax statements associated with your account(s).

Providing consent does not mean that we will provide all documents electronically, but that we may provide electronic versions in accordance with your preferences.

Method of Delivery

Electronic documents will be delivered within your secure online session at www.usbank.com and within our mobile application(s). Please save or print your electronic documents for future reference.

Requesting paper copies

You have the right to receive paper copies of electronically presented documents. Paper copies of most documents are provided at no charge. Copies of previously issued account statements, or other account specific items, may carry a fee (please see your Consumer and Business Pricing Information brochure). Contact us as described below to request a paper copy of any document presented electronically.

System requirements

Your Access Device (defined as the electronic device you use to access your account and view electronic documents) must meet the following minimum system requirements:

  • Operating system actively supported by the manufacturer.
  • Internet access.
  • Software capable of displaying .pdf files.
  • Storage space to save your electronic documents.
  • A printer if you wish to print your electronic documents.

This agreement applies to all Access Devices you use to access your account and view electronic documents. If you change Access Devices (or use multiple Access Devices), it is your responsibility to ensure that the other Access Device meets these system requirements and that you are still able to access and view your electronic documents.

Changes to system requirements

We will notify you if the system requirements change in such a way that may prevent you from accessing or viewing your electronic documents.

Withdrawal of consent

You have options to manage your electronic delivery preferences and complete withdrawal of your consent may not be necessary. To manage your electronic delivery preferences, log in to your account or contact us as described below.

Contact us as described below if you wish to withdraw your consent to this agreement. If you do not accept this agreement, or you otherwise withdraw your consent, online and mobile access to your account will be limited and you will receive paper versions of the disclosures and agreements associated with your account(s).
