U.S. Bank Payroll is a platform that enables small business customers to access third-party payroll processing services provided by Gusto, Inc. through the existing U.S. Bank online banking experience. U.S. Bank is not affiliated with Gusto, Inc.  For more information, please refer to the Embedded Payroll Service page.

  2. Get two months of payroll service fees waived when you run your first payroll with U.S. Bank Payroll.

    We will cover the U.S. Bank Payroll Service Maintenance fee, the U.S. Bank Payroll Service Employee Charge fees, and U.S. Bank Payroll Service Sales Tax, for the first two months after your initial payroll is processed. Fee waivers will appear on your designated billing account statement at the end of each billing cycle. After the waiver period, standard pricing applies per the U.S. Bank Payroll Pricing Schedule.

    This offer is only available to new U.S. Bank Payroll customers who have not processed payroll with us before. You will need an active U.S. Bank business checking account to qualify. U.S. Bank may change or end this offer at any time without notice. Additional eligibility requirements, restrictions, and other fees may apply. For details, talk to your business banker.

  3. Free payroll applies to clients that have not previously purchased or processed payroll with Roll by ADP and are located in the United States. Your free trial begins when you complete the company setup and accept the ADP Terms & Conditions. If you start processing payroll and then cease or cancel during the free trial period, you forfeit any time remaining in the trial and any future free payroll offers with Roll. Once the free trial period ends, starting with the next monthly billing cycle, you will automatically be charged $29 per month (base fee for the whole company) plus $5 per W-2 employee and/or 1099 contractor who is actively being paid by Roll in that month, unless you cancel. There may be fees, including during any free trial period, for added services or features you elect. Cancel within the app through the chat interface. ADP reserves the right to withdraw this limited time offer at any time. This offer is not transferable and excludes any other ADP payroll or non-payroll services and requires the use of direct debit of fees as the payment method.

  4. To qualify for the 5% Loyalty Credit, you must be a new RUN Powered by ADP® client and maintain a U.S. Bank Business Checking Account for payroll. Annually 5% of your recurring ADP payroll processing fees invoiced through the first Friday in March will be credited electronically to your U.S Bank Business Checking payroll account on or before March 31. An accumulated credit amount will appear on your ADP invoice. You must be in good standing and actively processing with ADP to receive the credit. ADP reserves the right to discontinue the Loyalty Credit at any time without notice and no further credits will be due.
