U.S. Bank offers businesses a comprehensive line of products and services, such as cash flow management, payment processing, remote deposit and much more. To learn more, visit your local U.S. Bank branch to talk with a business banker.

U.S. Bank may change APRs, fees and other account terms in the future based on your experience with U.S. Bank National Association and its affiliates as provided under the Cardmember Agreement and applicable law.

Rewards are earned on eligible net purchases. Net Purchases are purchases minus credits and returns. Not all transactions are considered to be Purchases and eligible to earn rewards, such as transactions posting as Convenience Checks; Balance Transfers; Advances (including ATM withdrawals, wire transfers, traveler's checks, money orders, foreign cash transactions, betting transactions, and lottery tickets); interest charges and fees; credit insurance premiums; and transactions to (i) fund certain prepaid card products, (ii) buy currency from the U.S. Mint, or (iii) buy cash convertible items. Please refer to your Cardmember Agreement for additional information. Account must be open and in good standing (not past due or overlimit) to earn and redeem rewards and benefits.  Subject to applicable law, you may not redeem rewards, and you will immediately lose all of your rewards if your Account is closed to future transactions (including, but not limited to, Program misuse, failure to pay, bankruptcy, or death). Each merchant’s business is identified by a category code. A Purchase will not earn additional rewards if the category code applied to a merchant is in a category that is not eligible for additional rewards earning. We do not determine the category codes applied to merchants’ businesses and reserve the right to determine which Purchases qualify for additional rewards.

The rate will end early and increase to the APR for purchases and balance transfers or to a Penalty Rate APR if you make a late payment, make a payment that is returned, or your account exceeds its credit limit.

  1. You will earn 2 Points for every $1 spent in eligible Net Purchases.

You will earn 4 additional Points (6 points total) for every $1 in eligible Net Purchases spent on prepaid car and hotel reservations purchased in the Rewards Travel Center using your rewards credit card instead of Points. Please allow 6-10 weeks for points to be credited to your account.

You will earn 0.5 additional point (2.5 points total) on your first $5,000 spent in combined eligible Net Purchases made using a mobile wallet or a Virtual Card. If the transaction is an eligible mobile wallet transaction and an eligible virtual card transaction, additional Points will only be awarded for one of the transaction types (Points will be applied as mobile wallet, not additionally as a virtual card). During any calendar quarter in which you spend more than $5,000 combined in purchases using a mobile wallet or Virtual Card, you will earn 2 Points for each $1 spent, with no maximum. "Mobile wallet" means Apple Pay®, Samsung Pay, Google Wallet, and Garmin Pay™. Unlike Google Wallet, Google Pay may not qualify as a mobile wallet and earn additional points, depending on how the transaction is completed. We cannot control how mobile wallet transactions are designated and reserve the right to determine which Purchases qualify for additional points. “Virtual card” is defined as the method of paying for a transaction by use of an account created within the U.S. Bank Spend Management platform that does not have a physical card associated with it. Please allow 6-10 weeks for points to be credited to your account. Refer to the Rewards Center for full details.

Maximum Point value applies to Points redeemed for a deposit into an eligible U.S. Bank Account. The redemption value may be different if you choose to redeem your Points for other rewards such as travel, merchandise, gift cards, and/or statement credit. Other restrictions apply. Establishment or ownership of a U.S. Bank Account or other relationship with U.S. Bank is not required to obtain a card or to be eligible to use Points to obtain any rewards offered under the program. Minimum redemption amounts may vary and are subject to change without notice. Points will expire if there is no reward, purchase, or balance activity on your account for 12 consecutive statement cycles.

  2. New Credit Card Enrollment Bonus: One-time 75,000 bonus points will be awarded if eligible Net Purchases totaling $10,000 or more are made to the Account Owner’s Card within 120 days from account opening. The Account Owner’s Card is the card assigned to the initial applicant of the account and would not include cards used by authorized employees. Net Purchases are purchases minus credits and returns. Rewards are earned based on eligible Net Purchases. Please allow 6-10 weeks for your bonus points to be credited to your account.

This offer may not be combined with any other bonus offer. Subject to credit approval.

  3. Cardmembers may transfer points between the Business Altitude® Connect Card, the Business Altitude® Power Card, the Altitude® Go Card and the Altitude® Connect Card. Certain conditions and limitations apply. Complete Reward Program Rules will be provided once you become a cardmember.

  4. From time to time we may offer you the benefit of our U.S. Bank ExtendPay® Plans, which allow you to pay off balances in fixed monthly payments over time and still avoid paying interest charges on new Purchases. Only your company’s Authorized Officer (AO) may enroll in an ExtendPay Plan. All references to “you” and “your” apply to the AO. Accounts set up for which multiple billing statements are issued do not qualify. If your company’s card program is set up with central billing, the AO may select ExtendPay eligible Purchases when viewing the central billing account (which includes Purchases made on employee cards). If your company is set up with individual billing, the AO may only select Purchases made on their own card account. You may designate up to 50% of your credit card line ($100 minimum) in eligible credit card purchases and pay in monthly installments with just a small fixed monthly fee. Only Purchase balances are eligible for ExtendPay Plans. Transactions identified as Advances or Balance Transfers (as defined in your Cardmember Agreement), and any interest or fees, including Annual Fee, do not apply. The only Purchases that will appear as "Eligible Purchases" in the enrollment process are Purchases that were made within 60 days prior to signing up for an ExtendPay Plan, are over $100, and are less than your Purchase balance when you sign up for an ExtendPay Plan. Any unpaid balance remaining on an ExtendPay Plan after the chosen pay-back period will be subject to the APR and minimum payment calculation for purchases outlined in the Cardmember Agreement. The monthly fixed fee will be determined when your ExtendPay Plan is created and is provided to you before you complete setting up an ExtendPay Plan. This fee will remain the same until the ExtendPay Plan is paid in full. The monthly fixed fee of the ExtendPay Plan is based upon the original principal amount, Purchase APR, and other factors.

  6. Points will expire if there is no reward, purchase, or balance activity on your account for 12 consecutive statement cycles.
