  1. If you sign up for or cancel your Amazon Prime membership after this Account was opened, the Card reward program will change, as described in the Program Rules.

  2. Rewards for prepaid travel are deposited into the reward account after the purchase has been processed for the prepaid travel reservation. Please allow 1-2 statement billing cycles for your earned rewards to appear on your credit card billing statement.

  3. If you were offered cash back upon approval of your Prime Business World Elite Mastercard® (“Prime Business Card”) or Amazon Business World Elite Mastercard® (“Amazon Business Card”) credit card application, in order to receive the cash back, you must make Net Purchases in the amount specified in the offer using your new Prime Business Card or Amazon Business Card within the stated period of time after account opening, as described in the offer materials. The Net Purchases must post to your account within the stated time period.  The date that a transaction is made may not be the same date that a transaction posts to your account, and we cannot control when a merchant posts a transaction to your account. Net Purchases are Purchases minus credits and returns.  Please allow 1-2 statement billing cycles after you have met the spend requirement for your cash back to be credited to your account in the form of a statement credit. Existing and previous Prime Business Card or Amazon Business Card accounts do not qualify for this one-time cash back offer.   6. Each merchant’s business is identified by a category code established by Mastercard. We do not determine the category codes applied to merchants’ businesses and reserve the right to determine which purchases are in the Top Categories and qualify for additional rewards. Top Categories are determined based on category code each billing cycle based on the combined spend of all Cardmembers. Merchants classified as Entertainment include: most cinemas, theme parks, concert venues, professional sport venues, and qualifying ticket sellers. Top Categories may change in the future without notice.
